  1. You can also enlarge the text in the Active Layer Display Options, Roof Lables, Text Style.
  2. I did a simple rectangular building, drew 1st floor, created 2nd floor with normal walls, see my roof setting's and this is my results using X13. No knee walls or attic walls and I raised the roof (you don't have to) to sit on joist and plate.
  3. For one step you could make a L- shaped landing
  4. Select the interior wall and then select the edit wall layer intersections. I know it’s available in Premiere x12 through x14 but not in Home Designer Pro.
  5. BTW that weird roof in picture 2 was the wall had auto roof return on. It drove me crazy for a few minutes.
  6. No I’ve never used Twinmotion I’m just learning the rendering in Chief.
  7. I was able to remove your furniture and cars and get the file down small enough to attach it here. Hope you can use it. Kruk.plan
  8. I have your plan fixed in x12 if you would like to message me and we can figure out how to get the entire plan to you.
  9. You could try deleting that taking and re draw it.
  10. Try drawing invisible railings around the bay. When I drew the deck first then added auto Bay window the railing came through the wall like your example.
  11. Interested in talking to you about your project. My contact information is in signature. Thanks
  12. Your welcome, it took a little trial and error and when I deleted the 2nd floor wall those brick columns went all the way to the roof in the area with the overhang missing.
  13. I forgot to mention I marked the inside walls of the brick columns no room definition. I think they were causing most of the problem.
  14. I defined the lower level as a porch which fixed most of the overhang that was missing and the side overhangs, I fixed by adjusting the attic walls on the sides. I attached a zip file of the plan. Exeter - CA.zip
  15. There’s a training video on Chief Architect that explains this. Training Videos / Framing an Overbuild Using a Truss Base
  16. The Tudor Arch works great, thanks for the info.
  17. With a little work you can do it in the window specification, shape. The only thing is the casing in the peak flattens off a couple inches and it will only let the side offsets go to 29 1/2" instead of 30 on the 60" window. Untitled 1.planUntitled 1.plan
