Creating Seamless textures for materials

Hi everyone,

 

How do I create a seamless texture and pattern for wallpaper? Would really appreciate your input!

Lots of Photoshop work. A really good image is critical, then it means playing around with it to get it to line up on all 4 sides without any shade or shadow variations.

If Photoshop or the Free Gimp are not you thing, give PixPlant a try , I think there is a trial version and the cost is low for single practitioners with special pricing.

Haha, was that idiom for me because I have no helpful solutions or for the op because it seemed like they may have missed the seamless texture?

Looks good. @Renerabbitt Did you copy repeat rotate (Photoshop) or did this get run through on online seamless texture creation tool? In the attached image I scaled it from the default 20" to 55" to help fade out the checkboarding of part of the pattern at this scale.

I just ran it through one of my own photoshop pre-saved actions and yes it just dupes and flips ended to end and top to bottom
