EmmaCox Posted March 17, 2017 Share Posted March 17, 2017 We recently just upgraded our chief from X3 to X9 in my office (which is awesome!!). Today I am trying to Print to PDF from layout and it is showing the pages as blank white sheets. I'm not sure why it's not working, can anyone help me out? I have attached a screenshot of what the dialogue box says, but once I click okay the PDF is blank sheets. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

DMDesigns Posted March 17, 2017 Share Posted March 17, 2017 It says your scale is wrong, looks like your trying to print and "arch d" size paper on an "arch c" paper size. lbuttery Posted March 17, 2017 Share Posted March 17, 2017 I saw lots of info that was outside the drawing area as I chose each page I got a "missing msg...." I am logged in and I never saw it in any post; just curious as this has happened to me before. I switched from IE11 to Chrome 15 and this seems to happen sometimes.
