    Control you garage floor from the Room DBX. My Living area floor is at 0",ceiling at 100". Garage ceiling is set to 100" ,floor at -18" and stem wall at 6" above garage floor. My living area floor system is 12 5/8". This is what you get with those spec's.

    You might start with a building section and plan where the walls and roof connect to the bent frame. Building your building shell, create a cross section and use that shape to create the "Bent Frame" shape. copy that shape outside of the building model.
    Model the bent frame from polyline solids , Block, add to lib. then move  back to the Building shell, in plan move to your desired locations.

    Select the bay and the wall, copy, place away from the plan. Reduce the wall length. Rotate as needed, place over another wall and you have a copied bay window.
