  4. A Photometric layout for a parking lot will show the position of each light fixture. It also describes specific manufactures specifications for the lighting including model, wattage, mounting height and type of pole. The layout will show the number of lumens or foot-candles for the entire parking lot. It may also includes required back light control shields to keep light from spilling over onto residential properties.
  5. A commercial lighting supplier will do it for free, mine does. It takes specialized software, not CA. The software will create a file with an .ies extension and is usually opened with a IES Viewer Program that can be downloaded free. The lighting designer may be able to supply you with a .pdf, you'll have to ask.

  8. I tried that, but it became confusing because of the building set at "0" on the lower elevation. The drawing shows two buildings. It's always been difficult for me to establish the correct height of the Terrain vs the building height which is usually "0"

  11. I was at work with an Amish framing crew. I pulled out my phone and showed them a 360º Pano of the same house they just finished framing. I had a hard time getting my phone back. Their reaction was comical, each one wanted to hold the phone and view the 360. We were standing in the house at the same location the Pano was created from. It showed a finished house with a kitchen, furniture, flooring and lighting. Saying they were amazed is a understatement. I left them astonished, shocked and bewildered. Showing the 360º to the average person is one thing, showing it to the Amish left them perplexed.
