I figured a way to get what I wanted and I agree with above posts. TY for replies.

When a fixture is put on its own layer the label does not move to new layer. It is still on "Fixtures, Interior Labels" layer, how do we get label to follow fixture to new layer?

CA's cross section of the actual model or plan with added notes is just about as quick as modifying a generic cad detail. You will do both, I'm sure.

Start here, download libraries from CA website and go to training videos. There is no magic button that does it for you, manual work is always involved.

Wall with windows was not aligned with wall below, therefore CA put an attic wall that was blocking your wall with windows. Khavanin see the windows.zip

Our policy is 3/4" added rough opening ALWAYS, because as Jeff mentioned use a 3/4" material for shimming opening. Option to have that extra 3/4" is nice, shim top or bottom.

IMO I think you should have 2 different layout files if you want scale to be accurate. You want 1/4" scale to be accurate and then by changing page size you want your drawing at 1/8" scale accuracy. It sounds logical but I would not trust this procedure, printer is responsible for accuracy on 1/8 scale not CA.

Another option, redlines on plane are your ridge cap and can be turned off in layers. Other dashed lines were as Glen pointed out "ceiling break lines", this means this section hangs below default ceiling height. 2016-23 Design 1 mine.plan

PDF programs often have a print option to lower file size. I use PDF-XChange and it has that option. Large files are common with CA & PDF I just opened your layout and printed it to pdf, file size 18mb. Then I printed it with my "optimize" print selection and it was 9mb. 1/2 the file size.
