I added 2 ft into a plan at different areas of 2nd floor and first floor. The Building sections did not update and showing additional walls as you can see in the 2 bldg. png sections. Also the one with stair is not closing up after moving stair at top landing. Any help would be appreciated.. 1556.zip

Thanks for your input. I have a client that wants to build same house on lot next to it, but flip it from left side carport and plan to a right side carlport plan. Instead of just flippling it on plot/site plan, deciding what to do! Maybe charge by the hour to flip it , plus stock plan fee. What do some of you other guys do or how to charge contractor to flip a plan?

I really do appreciate the help folks have given me this past 1 1/2 years on the form , as I have been learning Chief. I am sorry if I have not always seemed unappreciative. I really do thank you for your help. We have some great people on this form.

is it possible to Reflect or flip a complete set of construction plans and also what is in Layout in Chief x8?. if so do I have to spend time reflecting and working on some of the certain parts of the plan? I must had made someone mad on the form. If I made someone out there mad, I am sorry. I have a negative -9 community reputation . I never noticed there was even a rating. What is this rating system? I am thinking it is one of the Chief experts pros, that is on here all the time, which I respect but I am probably to small a guy to them. How can I get a good reputation on here?

i love chief architect x8. I have had chief for 2 years and still learning new things. I design residential and commercial. If I have an issue I put it on chief support or chief forum. I takes awhile to learn any program.

i WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP. 1. Front elevation of 2nd floor roof is not lining up and attic is showing on front. 2. Is it possible for carport ceiling and below the deck to have same ceiling ht? maybe if someway to lower porch ceiling to match 2nd floor and porch floor lowered 1.5" . Would fix issue. X8 primer. I have a few issues with this plan and cannot solve them. I would appreciate any help. 1) board coming out of rear elevation 2) Front Porch - colums need lined up with slab and 1/2 column needs removed against the wall. Front Elevation keeps opening up between the 2nd level and attic area. 3) 2nd floor plan ceiling keep changing to 117 in from 96 in! I have changed in defaughts and it keeps changing back! Building section of 2nd floor needs 8 ft ceiling all across. showing space above. I am tr\ying to get const. drawings finished on this plan today. Thanks for anyone helping. 1542.zip

Can anyone tell me why these joists are showing on front elevation? Also I do not know why but this paticular project the kitchen cabinets say 36 in ht but are not lined up.
