I think Chief ought to have more commercial friendly also. Bath house with metal building structure of metal studs need exterior gable walls to go to bottom of roof need dropped 2'x2' layin 8 ft ht ceiling (mechanical needs to fit in attic) Need metal joists in Laundry room to span other direction toward restrooms. Wall where toilets are will not change to have tile on the inside ? Needs to be metal standing seam roof. Any help would be appreciated. Can anyone help to get the circle wall on back side of stair and closed under stair. Need 2 2'8" or 3' doors cleared going to verada. In Prospective View the 2 story new construction is not showing floor jsts enclosed etc Stair landing about 18" in not showing the wood floor to living area. small windows in Bathrooms are showing a horz. divided light and I cannot make it one light or verticle. This is a meterrian style home. the 2 story part is the first phase of the construction. and one story later. I am still working on the prelim. plans and will dress the front facade up later. I am doing a remodel that is 3 hours away. I made one trip there to measure exising house. Is there someway to caculate the correct angle of the front of the house what with a smart phone app., The wallw is giong in 2 diections. It is on an island. i am doing a small remodeling and having issues getting the 2nd floor to show up.When I try to build second floor roof it deletes one wall by stair. garage will be gable on each end 25 1" walls. need to open up stair to 2nd level. can anyone help. I am just adding open second floor room for stg. it keeps doubl labling rooms also like stair area. this is an existing roof with 6 ft overhang across front of porch. Existing shows okay. But when I copied it and revised the plan it is showing the front siding issue going thru windows. roof fascia lines up with concrete below.

Andy, that was not correct. I need the remodel elevations symbols to be on existing floor plan. and go to the layout that way to.

I went on and made it longer like it is surpose to be and sent to client in Tenn. Hall I was doing was floor plan design, power, electrical, and interior elevations. stair and hull of bldg existing.

Basement level stair is not showing up thru floor top level . This is small apartment. Bldg is exist basement and top level all open inside and I designed small apt. 8' clg in basement. what you suggested does not fix the problem. It makes it worst and walls still does not show up and creates other issues. Does not give you options to change ceiling also in some rooms. .

Man the Bedrm 2 and 3 side of this house is really messed up and bedrm 4/loft 2nd left. would appreciate any heip. Cannot seem to get the ceilings to work right. 1. Bedroom 2 and Bedrm 3 side of the house has all 8ft flat clgs. (Master bedroom side of the house are 9 ft clgs. main living area, kitchen and breakfast it has a cath clg across the area). 2. Bedroom 4/Loft has 8 ft clg. Bathroom (8' clg. ) walls are not showing up when I do perpective floor view.(lavatory side of wall is around 7'6" ht.) 4010 window would not even install.
