  1. I have separate file for Site Plan. I am trying to insert the revised house plan on it to send to sheet A.1. I would appreciate any help in getting it there. I zipped this file and do not know whether it came in or not. Thanks for any help. Chief Architect x8 .zip

  4. I would appreciate any help. Garage(plate stays same as house with high ceiling) needs to be 24" off grade with CMU Walls for flood plain to btm of house floor jsts. (automatic vents or break away walls.. Then house pier and bm at 54" finished floor off grade which is 36"+- above garage/stg slab. All house is pier and beam (designed by engineer).I do not know why I cannot get house to show pier and beam all around outside etc. deck by media room and garage is surpose to be hip roof. I will have steps down to garage driveway. Thanks,
  5. Is it possible to have a large gable across dining room and great room. With the corner (going at different angles) in middle going all the way up. Windows will also be above the 2 sets of 2/8080 windows. Interior will have cahteral down middle to kitchen (10 ft flat clg) with slope(catheral) ceiling of great room and dining/breakfast? Windows following gable will be above each set of 2/80 70 windows. Simlar to attached elevation sketch and floor plan. I cannot get it to work Any help would be appreciated.

  8. 1. Can anyone help with slope ceiling or gable front at front of house. Dining and Great room need to be sloped ceiling from each outside corners to middle corner. creating a catheral ceiling inside. Windows will be above each set of 2/80 70 windows. 2. I also need a 3/4"x7.5" 3d Stucco Moulding across the front and down bar side on left. I have gotten some of it done, but cannot get it to work for the rest. thanks,.

  11. Shane, That looks good but, from the patio eave edge soffit, it is supose to be flat ceiling for maybe 5' then slope up to the family room wall and be high to put tv. How can I remove the roof on inside by master bedroom flush with wall? Thanks for the help.
  12. only the roof above the patio is new. needs to be 3:12 pitch and catch same eave ht where I have beam. I could not get the roof of existing to match existing. that is why I sent pictures. Existing the rear roof above 2nd floor existing goes down and has 11' eave ht existing at rear of Family room. I could not get it to look right. then a 3:12 roof will come down to cover the new patio and catch the eave ht same as master bedroom. porch ceilng will be flat coming from the fascia for about 4 ft then slope up following the bottom of rafters. thanks

I would appreciate any help with this roof on adding covered porch, that will be flat for about 5 ft then slope up (slope to exist rear wall of family room being about 12' ht when it hits the exterior wall) 3:12 pitch catching the existing roof at 2nd floor about 14 ft up close to exist. chimmney. the eave toward pool where new 22 ft bm +- fasica will match Master Bedrm fascia. I cannot get the 2nd floor roof to slope down and catch first floor like pictures and then new roof slopes down at 3:12 pitch and has same fascia as exist. Master Bedrm. Attached is a rough section sketch of how it will approx. look. Attached are pictures of Exist. house. I am adding a covered porch roof cathching the 2nd level roof and gable on each side.   16. How do I make a prarie window design. Say using chief 4060 broken arch (12") f.g. , then I need a 6 in in mullen or alum all around with lines coming from corners and top of the arch.

When I break front porch wall and rebuild roof manuelly right side is okay, but roof goes crazy on the left side of the gable.   19. All I like in finishing revising this prelim. is 2 issues. I would appreciate any help. 1, I need a catheral ceilng and gable all the way thru Front porch Entry, grand hall, and rear verand. When I break wall at front of porch. hit on it to make gable. I get wierd effect on left and cannot solve the issues. 2. I also need a coffered ceilng and different angels whole open room of great room, diing, breakfast and kitchen to 14 ft ht with 10 ft plat. I cannot figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.
