I am just doing a 3D rendering of a bldg. under construction. it is 3 levels with 4 level attic (8ft clg where stair landing is) with stair well to bacony. When I call out attic at 4th level it lowers level 3 ceiling (9 ft ht), 2nd level (10 ft), first level 9 ft. . I just mainly have drawin exterior walls with opening to be able to design at 3D rendeing. 8 /12 roof pitch over 3rd level masteer bedroom area for atttic. Then 4th level 8 ft ceiling attic going to bacony where ac unit will go with concrete waterproof floor. I have 5 of these rendering to do and wanted to see how long one will take before signing agreement with client. tomorrow. Any help would be apprectiated . Chief x8, Windows 10. Keating 12.2016.plan

If I charge Hourly on a project. I charge $150.00 hr. Remodeling plans, I charge $150.00 trip charge, then tell client how much fee will be after reviewing, measuring, and pics. (nomally, I give a fixed fee (figure how many hours). New plans $1.00-$125.00 s.f. Structural by others. I have someone that emailed me over a 4 story condo pdfs of 4 floor levels and exterior elevations, that is under const.. They needs a 3D rendering. How would some of you guys charge on something like this? I will have to pull into chief and draw all 4 floor plan levels to do a 3D rendering. Chief x8, windows 10

2nd floor bedroom roof is not showing same level facia with the rest of the house or bedroom 2. Both floor should be 9 ft celings. Help appreciated. cannot figure it out. 8215L.zip

I fixed other issues with this home. Thanks for advise. But Bedroom 3 over first floor decking is lower than rest of house for some reason. 1st floor and 2nd floor are surpose to be 9' ceilings. any help would be appreciated. 8215L.zip

1) Rear 2nd floor cornter wall is not closing where first floor roof is? I would appreciate any help closing up the exterior wall on 2nd level. 2) also stair railing is not stopping at end of stair on 2nd level. 8215L.zip

The Bar area has foundation and floor missing in the middle of it and you can not make a wall elevation of that wall either of the millwork? In perpective you can turn it around and it shows foundation hole in it looking from the bottom. I cannot fix it.

Shane, you did great straighting out roof issue above hallway etc. but the ceiling in garage is only 9' ht (not 11' like you made it) everywhere, except above the custom car lift that I had designed stardard size to carry car up certain height ceiling just below the roof rafters. and another car parks below it.?
