A 2016 JiAngelo Custom Home we initially designed in Chief Architect X7 using the terrain features to sculpt the plan into fitting the site. Site conditions allowed a 23' tall basketball court in the basement. With 5 levels, we included an elevator to access the middle three tiers.- 121

The development plan of the historical complex "Behesht(Paradise)" Updated
This historic complex is made up of a house with a roof of the roof, which has two courtyards. The bigger garden is located in front and there is a main building. The second yard is located behind and has a floor building. This two courtyard is separated by a pedestrian crossing that has a city nature and a shopping mall.

Riverside peace full tiny home. Do you need to get away! Here you have a 1 bed 1.5 bath. It takes care of it self and you, off grid, with water catchment system with filters and soft water. Wall heaters that are connected to the solar or use your wood fireplace which heat can also flow to all parts of the house through duct system. Large pantry and wine frig. Landry room and composting toilets. Screened in porch with BBQ and hot tub. Also green house and garage for your baby. Large walk in closet in bedroom and folding closets. Something I came up with for my lazy children. Take a look and tell me what you think.

BASEMENT FULL OF NATURAL LIGHT Updated
The detached house is located at 2424 Willowburne, Mississauga, Ontario, including a basement, main floor and second floor. The big idea from Canadisign Home Solutions is how to bring the most natural lighting into the basement. Therefore, the home owner would be easily attract the tenant and so that, this will be an extra income. With it’s idea, Canadisign Home Solutions solutions the project is complied with Fire code Class A and Ontario Building Code for bedrooms at basement, too.
The solution from CHS is to create a separate entrance directly to the basement. It will let the tenant enter his suite easily. The big challenge is how to bring the most natural light into the basement. And a part of the basement to be built as a dry garden under wide window system. Natural lighting will now go directly into two bedrooms at basement.
The basement is full of natural light and the tenant is just one step over to enjoy the sunlight in a new day without any concern of a basement.
