I am not sure what I have done to my default settings but I need your help.

Some how my sill plate is not showing up when I build my framing and there is a 3/4" space below the floor framing.  Secondly, it is also throwing in an 3/4" X 1-1/2" RIM JOIST at the end of the floor sheathing.  I have gone through all of my preferences but just can't figure this out and I don't have the time to keep going through this for such a small job.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thx.

The 3/4" gap is because you have the sub-floor layer checked as framing, uncheck that box. As for the sill plate, that setting looks off as well and is found in the foundation ddx.

I knew I could count on you Joey... Any idea why my sill plate is not showing up and is only 3/4" gap?

Not without your plan file. It could be your SILL PLATE default is overriding the setting you are showing above, or a framing setting is throwing something off. I've not seen this situation before.

If you're not going to post the plan, screencap all the fdn settings and show us.

Alright here is a backup plan since I don't even know where plans are stored anymore with the new X17.  We used to be able to save them in our own files system but where are they?  Just another question I had

Hi Chris, the problem is that the foundation wall is currently hardwired for this incorrect sill plate. I don't know why, but Chief is holding on hard to an incorrect setting. To fix this, you need to use the Import Settings tool. Select his and then navigate to and select the template plan file for X17. Once you have the file selected, choose the foundation wall and select the Replace option. Press F12 and the sill plate will build correctly. The foundation walls will also rebuild correctly, BUT Chief will not display them correctly until they are selected, and open-closed! Then, the top of foundation wall will be displayed correctly as well. Oddly enough, the sill plate will be an OSB material.
