Hammer7
Is there a way to get both of the thresholds to appear the same and be aluminum finish separate from door colors and the in between jamb to be white?
DBCooper
Are you using a fixed door or a window for the side lite? I find that the fixed door generally behaves better than a window. Either way, I don't think you can control the threshold or extra piece of jamb separate from the trim material.
robdyck
You would need to manually place a symbol (or molding or solid) to create an accurate door threshold.
Hammer7
@DB, yes, my understanding is that the only way to get a larger bottom rail is to use a door and not a window. @robdyck - ...so just create a solid and place it over the existing threshold? GeneDavis
Chief's been asked to do proper door sills, but they are not here yet.

If it is something that is really important to render correctly you could convert to a symbol and work with the individual surfaces to apply your own materials. Just a lot of tedious work but completely possible.
