KReads
Hi all. I have a fixture object that won't accept selection; can't click on it.. Surrounding it doesn't work. Turned layers off and on, double clicked the plan view in Project Browser to reset it, and restarted CA. Rebooted the computer. I only have one plan view open. I see from other posts that this has been an issue before but double clicking on the plan view to reset it worked. That hasn't worked in this case. Anyone else seen this? Chrisb222
Looks like a sink. Did you drag a sink out of a cabinet? If so you can't select the sink directly, have to select the cabinet first. Wherever it is...
Kiwideziner
Either chris's idea or possibly a locked layer?
KReads
Right-o Chris. It is a sink that was in a base cabinet. Don't know how I deleted the cabinet without the sink. Checked, and it's not a locked layer. I attached the plan file. Driftwood Plan 3.02.11.zip

FYI you can use a fixture schedule to find the errant cabinet.
MarkMc
You can also just select that cabinet, hit tab, then delete.

In this case he thought he had deleted the cabinet so couldn’t find it. But yea this is true once you know the cabinet selecting it and hitting tab will allow you to select just the sink to delete.
