raltd9245
I can't remember if you can set preferences to shoe the net area of each room. If so how do I do it. Thanks
dshall
I think it is a macro, so you must puff a text block with the macro in each room.
raltd9245
I think it is a macro, so you must puff a text block with the macro in each rooM Thanks Scott, I have to research that. I've found two ways 1. Room finish Schedule will get you there 2. I made a Room Polyline opened it and found the Area. Ron PS you better put on your rain gear and play some golf with the Garage Door Designer be fore he goes grazy. Or is he already

Joe_Carrick
How about something like the pic below? The Rich Text Box uses macros for all the in formation displayed. Simply by placing a copy of the text box in the room it properly displays everything.
