  1. You'd be trading a lot of wall types for a lot of manual material regions....good luck with that! Maybe you're on to something that I don't understand...entirely possible. I only install siding or drywall manually when I absolutely have to.
  2. I will just point out that using a 'deck' or a 'landing' has their own pros and cons. I ALWAYS use a landing between exterior split stairs because the landing elevation height updates automatically.
  3. Pretty much. Supports for Landings must be dealt with manually.
  4. Have you tried making a custom backdrop from a solid white jpg file?
  5. OR...you could notch the main roof plane around the gable wall.
  6. You will need a custom ceiling plane to make the ceiling slope the way I think you'd like it to.
  7. Have you turned those circled walls into foundation walls with a footing?
  8. @tds_cc I found one layout box on page 1 and it is much larger than the actual page. Is this what you were looking for? I recommend making the Layout Box Border a bright color and turning it's layer on until it's time to print.
  9. Great video @Renerabbitt! Smooth, brief, easy to follow!
  10. That was one done super quick, and I haven't even looked at it. I think that jitter probably happened during the recording...in other words the rotation jittered, not the recording. I was using other apps while it was recording. I fixed it for your Chop! Click the link now! Actually, I'm just wrapping that project up so I updated it for the client!
  11. Save to the cloud...if you're using X14. Otherwise I used to upload them to youtube so that I'd have just a link to share.
  12. Glad you figured it out! I figured it had something to do with layers or layersets.
  13. Change the lite count.
  14. You are the man Rene! The width is available for a text with a grid and for a text box without a grid (at the same time). This allows me to reset many text box widths at once. Thank you!!
  15. press record first, wait a few seconds, then spin, then stop, wait a few seconds then stop recording.
  16. Depending on what you've figured out, there are probably much faster ways. Especially if you figured out to use Chief's Orbital Walkthrough Path. I prefer to setup a camera view so the focal point is pretty close to the center of the entire model. Then rotate the camera using 'ctrl-alt-s'. You can simply press 's' to stop the rotation. Adjust the location and rotation speed of the camera. Rotate to a nice starting view. Using the walkthrough tools, press record. Then rotate the camera. Press 's' to stop. Wait a couple of seconds before stopping the recording.
  17. I always place these type of appliances as free standing symbols. I prefer the control of having them separate from the cabinet...because they are. For this scenario, you'll need to adjust the symbol's 3d offsets (all to zero). I use a saved customized cabinet for the dishwasher. There are of course, other ways. Same idea for built-in ovens.
