JK, did you also Raytrace in CA and if so, would you post the CA Raytrace to compare? BTW, very very nicely done. I really like the background, I assume that was an actual picture that you put in the picture. Really nice.

I just spoke to Nigel at tech support. He says you need to go to CA website, select a library, it downloads to download library, and then you need to select to install into your library. According to Nigel there is no quick, down and dirty way of doing this. It is a time intensive process... probably about an hour if I was to guess.

Test - I Am Having Trouble Responding To Posts
dshall replied to Dennis_Gavin's topic in General Q & A
I too have experienced this. Not a lot, several times several days ago, everything is okay for me now. -
I tried this on more than one occasion and it kept reverting to a thick wall. Apparently you were able to do it.

This was tricky. I cannot explain why. Twice it did not behave as expected. However here is a vid showing how I got it to work. https://youtu.be/8i4DsPz3jMM

Question About Displaying Objects On Multiple Levels
dshall replied to tahoebrian5's topic in General Q & A
I did a series of videos on ref sets, if interested, do a search for the MRLS, do a MRLS search, some videos might come up. They are probably 5 years old now, but they might give you some insight on how to use ref sets. And then you can always view CA's ref set videos. You are on the right track, the ref sets are so so very important and powerful, you must take some time to study them and think of how you can use them. They aren't perfect yet, CA did a huge improvement to them in X3, we are now lobbying CA to improve them by improving the MRLS to the MMRLS....... -
Thanks Glenn, I spoke to Jessica who spoke to Brian and he fixed it post haste. Perfect, thank you.

DJP, if you learned that from the manual, you might want to consider tossing the manual.

I sent it into Brian Beck, this is his response... "Thanks Scott, I have logged this request in our database." Those guys up there don't show me any love.....soooooooooo.......tonight I am going to call Jessica Beck (Brian's Boss), I will have a word with her, she will then talk to Brian tomorrow morning over eggs and bacon, and Brian will have it fixed by Monday morning. Glenn, I get your method, I get the other methods, but a quick hot key, a tab, two inputs and I am done..... now that is easy peasy.
