Steve cricket should have been installed by framers and after sheeting it's roof installation. It looks like everyone missed this detail. Plans don't indicate crickets for reviews ( I never seen one indicating a cricket in 40 years), framers automatically take care of that during framing if they know what they doing. Roofers don't built crickets, but they should have brought this to builders attention prior to roof installation. With that said, it would be cheaper for you to get a someone to install a cricket, flashing and install the roof over it (small area not gonna break you), or you can waste your time running around and see who you can blame, and after getting nowhere, if you still want to find a guilty party, you will have to get an attorney and at this point and time you will end up spending a s^*t load of money in legal fees and there is no guarantee you will recoup anything and most definitely nobody gonna get fix this. Like I said before, get it fixed, it's not a big deal and you will save yourself a load of headaches. Good luck Steve!

Upload your plan, picture, etc not much anyone can suggest without details of what you have.

If memory serves me right, select all of the floor or ceiling joists and use Trim or Extend Objects tools.

Rob, I don't have a cad block made, but did you ever see EZ- Crete-EZ-Tube? The have a model on 3D warehouse. EZ-TUBE here is the link for specs. Maybe this will be a better way to go.

It looks like the space above is the drywall which should be extended to the sill plate for fire blocking to meet the code.

If I remember correctly select a room >use Make Room Molding Polyline> Use disconnect selected edges tool and remove molding sections you don't need and turn the molding edge into a wall that will give you crown return. Good luck

I saw that style door the other day, I think it was in the latest Kemper Cabinets one of the styles is that door.

You can use Inscape its free and you can convert PDF's to diffrent formats. INSCAPE

You can spin the camera around to have the arrow pointing in the right direction.

I used Artisan Plugin. @para-CAD I couldn't agree with you more, Sketchup is amazing to create anything when it comes to 3D modeling, they have amazing plugins and even some of the advanced plugins the cost is next to nothing.
