Hi Kev. so the 5000 is missing critical Hardware? I'd be asking Puget to swap it out , that is their Bo-boo , it a 3 yr old card - technology wise - and they if anyone should have known better ...... but I am sure they'll take order for another 1. What driver are you using on the Quadro? and 2. Studio or Game Ready version? I am on 471.22 HF GR Driver.

It does not work that way , moving a wall on any level will not move the wall below or above, ( how would the Program know you wanted that? and what if you didn't? ) .......... you need to go up or down a level and move the wall over the same amount, and check the Wall alignment Icon to make sure everything is perfect. As Eric mentioned Turn off Autobuild Roofs for now............Menubar> Build>Roof> Build Roof and uncheck Auto Build. also Level Zero may or may not be fixed auto if you move a wall on Level 1 , it depends if auto fix foundation is on? but it doesn't work the other way around. And don't forget to use the F1 Key to open Help as you work....

As Eric said try drawing the CAD in Chief and save to Library as a Molding. M.

Hmmmm , I wonder what is missing as it seems to have everything needed..... ie Shader 6.0 or above , RTX Cores etc.... I thought it was similar to the 2000 series of RTX Cards? If you can share I can test before you buy if you'd like...... Forgot to ask if the 1st Image is an old style CPU RT or the New PBR-RT View Type Image ? Looks pretty good either way

You are possibly right as I see the glass block reflected in the Shower Door but beyond that everything looks less reflective. You should be able to download any version from your Digital Locker if SSA is current ...as far as I know..... yes .....after hitting Download you can choose which version you want .....always good to have a local backup of the Installers for Versions you own just in case. Mick.

X12 works fine on my 1070 and made nice PBR views , so I's say yes download it and try it as I think the Views are "crisper" in X12 that X13 myself. with any luck by Xmas you will be able to get a 3070 at a reasonable price and "Upgrade" to X13 which will of had a few updates by then hopefully. I ran into this the other day while helping another User , His walls were (unknowingly) reversed and Windows were facing the wrong way when placed, so when he turned off Interior Trim, the Exterior Trim actually disappeared in the Exterior Camera View, and reversing the Wall (Layers) did not Flip the Windows , so the fix took more work than expected. Chief has stated on the Forum that AMD released a new Consumer Driver for AMD Cards to fix issues in Chief , BUT I believe that was on Windows 10 Desktops , some are reporting similar issues on macOS Laptops but is seems AMD has not updated those drivers , at least not as yet, so I'd suggest you make a Tech Support case and report it to Apple.. Thanks Kevin , you should be able to export the Chief Material once in your Library, ( looks like whole plan on DB?) and post them in the Symbol Forum if you'd like to share the Towel or Tile Materials etc. people are always happy to have choices.... Maybe it is a bug? as I am not sure why Chief is Showing these as Interior Windows in X13? (my example is in an exterior Wall.) previously you had to Tab in but the Casing was already seperated

They do look like the Terrain's geometry Lines (Triangles) , though I have no idea why you are seeing them ...and have no way to test sorry. Did you try a different PDF Printer? Edit : I downloaded the PDF CS linked to above and the bad Lines were barely visible after reprinting the PDF to BullZip PDF Printer ...but still there..... I am surprised this is back after 2-3 yrs , though personally I have not noticed it...... not macOS thing as CS has Windows.... @Anne_S Mick.

I believe Michael is right , though I thought with Box and Bay windows it had always been that way ie Tabbing through to the Window to alter Trim Mick.

Thank for the Update Kevin , apparently the "fix" is well above my pay-grade but it looking good in the pic now..... Dustin is one of the guys at CA who does this for them and looks after the Substance Player thread / Program for CA so maybe he can enlighten you on the workflow for Chief..... And maybe for PixPlant if CA uses it too? @CADustin

I hear ya what about putting A-1# and having 5 Blank pages ,..... I haven't tried it ...... but I believe this is something that has been asked for numerous times but I am not sure of any changes in X13 , you might have to wait for Michael or Joe to respond ... @Alaskan_Son M.

Ahhhh , that is not what you wrote above though so it isn't working as expected..... A-# just causes Chief to numbers pages consecutively and A-16 would not be considered the start point as there is no A-1 Which maybe the Fix? ie: add 15 blank pages before page 1 ? ( which don't print if Blank ) Michael or Joe may have a Macro though or know another Technique. Mick.

I have a Program called PixPlant ( $37 for 1 person businesses BTW ) to help with seamless textures but I have not been able to get the 3D mappings to work/look correct in Chief, so just use the Textures. I had thought it maybe an Issue with PixPlant, but now I am thinking otherwise.......
