Does he have a Houzz site where you can write a review about your experiences with him for all the world to see. Threat of a bad review has gotten me paid a couple of times .. Also let him know that you will be contacting BBB, township building dept., state licensing boards, etc.

And from there export into MS Excel and add & revise anything you need to ... Chief's takeoffs are pretty accurate and once set up properly can be a great tool ...

Just finished a 3 story, 60,000 sq ft senior housing complex. It certainly slowed things down, but still completely manageable .. And running material take-offs, renderings, etc. was no problem

Looks like water problems just waiting to happen ...

And possibly the most overlooked Chief feature is the material list that is compiled automatically Chief now gives us the capability of having a cost generated for most all of the building components Set it up with your own pricing and viola .. !

The first thing you need to address is how to keep water from getting in at bottom of window where roof doesnt meet wall ... Are you sure this is how you want to do this ? You could, of course, change roof below window to different pitch .. Can you post plan ?
