  5. Better off building your custom texture in photoshop where you can truly dimension everything
  6. just drop your FOV on the active perspective camera and change rendering mode to watercolor with line over
  7. 2d Elevation Cameras use the Vector View Rendering Technique by default. 3d Camera views use Standard Rendering Technique which is a raster based image. You would need to match the pattern fill(vector) to the texture map(raster) in the material properties. Alternatively you could simply use the tools such as multiple copy, transform/replicate/ reflect about object to place CAD/Solids/Backsplash in a physical representation of yoru tile layout. This topic has been covered 100's of times on this forum but I don't have any bookmarked. Also I believe they cover this in the Chief Architect Provided videos
  8. No you can not, so either use solids as a facade on the sides, or use roof planes or anything else you can come up with
  9. Swapping trim and gutter profiles are causing all kinds of glitches.

  12. Instead of turning a display reference on, simply send two layout boxes to layout, one over the top of the other, and clip to your hearts content. Since this is your first post, please @ mention people or use the quote system if you need to speak to someone specific comment an you want them to be notified

  14. What OS? This is Trebuchet with the same settings, do you have some sort of DPI scaling enabled? Post a plan?
  15. FYI I don't have this problem, what font are you using, what are your settings on markers for story pole?
  16. @Chopsawand @Rich_Winsor add a lil comment in this suggestion for me what you’re hoping for is Cupid UV mapping. also, Rich, I know you’re retired and out of the game so I’ll help you… we left bullnose behind in 1990 ;P
  17. Can you illustrate by giving us a plan file and a bubbled note?
  18. Easiest Way...Use Construction Lines at your elevation changes. Construction lines can be seen on plan as well as elevation.
  19. You can quickly change a text style on a per layer basis which can be on a Saved Plan View Basis or a Layer Set/Default Set Basis. A few clicks of a button and you can change all parameters of text using this method, including labels and callouts etc.
  20. Please either tag me or use the quote system, otherwise I do not get notified of a response...I just happened to come back here to check. You are using Rich Text instead of Text...something I would encourage you to switch away from. Attributes for margins will be in your appearance panel in the dbx you screenshotted
  21. I loved Max Headroom. I saw that actor has popped back up in a few roles now
