builtright3
I am experimenting with "Room Planner". Thought I would give it a try. I drew a plan and imported it into CA and that worked great! My question is; Can I draw a plan in CA and put it in room planner so I can show a client out in the field on my tablet? Or if not is there another way that I can view a plan from my tablet? DRAWZILLA
no, if you have a surface you can use Chief from that
justmejerry
If you want to just show floor plans and elevations etc.. without the 3d views just load pdf on the tablet. I usually load some pics of raytraces of different views but show a pdf for plans. I used to take the laptop but clients think making plans is real easy if you start shifting walls etc.. they don't always understand that it takes more than that to create the plans. builtright3
I use drop box for floor plans, elevations and I will put a few 3d views but It would be nice to use the Tablet to be live. Not that important though.

lbuttery
the viewer is good if you are the driver but giving it to a client is most likely to result in your playing tech support for them "how do I do this" - "why, can't I do that" Lew
