Removing toe kick from vanity for knee space?

I'm trying to figure out how to remove the toe kick for just one section of a base cabinet. I have created a double vanity with an opening in the center for a knee space, but I can't remove the toe kick from that section. I've attached a picture of the elevation view, and the section of toe kick I'm trying to delete is below the green highlighted area.

I'm hoping for a solution that does not involve multiple separate base cabinets. I'm aware I can split this single cabinet into multiple units to achieve what I'm going for, but I'd like to do it and maintain the single unit if possible.

I suppose you can turn off the toe kick for the whole unit, reduce the unit height by 4", float it 4" above the floor and then build 4" separate bases (3D solids or cabinetry?).  Similar to some cabinet installations that I've seen where the base cabs do not have an integrated base.
