Text leaders arrows jumping into blank space

Anyone seeing issues with leader arrows jumping into a blank space in elevation view? I noticed it mostly when you adjust the location of the text box. I have seen it randomly happen though. I have to delete the leader and add it again. Not sure what's causing this. I will try and find a picture showing what Im experiencing.
