AnkhRea
Hello I've created an architectural element on a wrong floor level. When viewing the project with orthographic floor overview, I see this element is on the wrong floor (it's flying above the floor). How can I change the floor attached to that element? I tried the explanation from the CA site, but it doesn't work. They say to select the element within the orthographic floor overview, click on copy, change the floor indicator, but it is no more possible to paste it (parameters of copy are no more accessible). I find a way: to put the element in the library, delete it on the plan, change floor, and reimport the library element, and move it to the right place. This is quite long. Is there not a possibility to just change a parameter linked to the element? Thank you A. Edited 10 hours ago by AnkhRea
scottharris
You could open the object, and set its height relative to the floor or at an absolute elevation.
DBCooper
select the object. use the "cut" (control-x) tool. change the floor. use the "paste" (control-v) tool.
