a window 6040 . My framers always read this has 6ft x 48" like when you actually go to order on a store. but chief architect  interpreted has 5ft by 48" witch is wrong. does any one experience this issue ?

I had some confusion with clients when I first started. What I do now is specify the label as %width%x%height%", and it will put the (") symbol in the description. Or you can put RO before it if you want it to read that way so it comes out as RO 60" x 48". I also put the style window in the description..DH, CSMT, FXD, GLDG, etc. Chief just does them as a default in inches. It doesn't make it wrong. Just need to know how the program does things.

Danilo, is this the same danilo that uses my templates? I just checked my systems across all versions, no such issue. Even the mulled unit shows correctly
