ChiefArchitect - X15 - Catalog Update Error

Installed X15 for the first time today.  I am unable to update but a few catalogs at a time.  I even tried deleting and reinstalling catalogs but they still show that they require an update in the interface after removing and re-installing.  However, X15 will not process more than 4 updates at a time before failing.  My X14 updates in mass just fine.  Is this a bug?

I get this on almost every install of a catalogue, and think it is an erroneous error message as the Catalogues install just fine since I did the Laborious Fix in this Thread.
