Send To Layout and Save View Issue - Black Screen Flashes

Tech Support has replied , they could not reproduce the Issue on there 1080 , so I have also sent in a Test Layout and Plan.

 

They also wanted a copy of  Chief Message Log and a System Log , theses KB Articles tell you how to do that and add them you your Reports.

this started to happen for me on my 1650 last week (Nov 1) and now I have it with my 3080. I have it happening pretty much 10% of the time on one large plan I have

Please send in a Report and a Plan / Layout if possible , Tech. Support has Checked the Thread and my Video now and are hoping for more reports so the Development Team can look at them.

 

TS has said they are using Nvidia Driver Version 471.96 when I asked, and we could try it or the very latest Drivers as well, but they are not sure it will help.

I'm currently using driver version 471.96 from August, but you could try updating to the latest 496.49 driver to see if there is any difference.

Thank you for the information and for attaching those files. I'll submit what you've given me here to our Development department. Also, thank you for encouraging the other users to submit their information, it'll hopefully help the Development department address this issue sooner rather than later.

I switched to 472.47 Studio Drivers but the Issue persists for me

 

462.35 is a release from Windows Update? or perhaps your Laptop ManF. issued a OEM version with it ?

I don't see it at Nvidia even for Laptops

Well this is a new one , I shot a backclipped camera , whole screen went black as Elev. opened and has stayed black, moving the camera did not help, so I saved the camera as a test and finally the elevation view came up..... This was in a clean plan from the default residential Template....
