I restarted the computer and changed UNDO from 50 to 15 and file size dropped to 11MB Here is the plan RWS117BH.plan

Normally, I can change the ceiling height in a master bedroom or office and then add a vaulted or tray ceiling in the individual rooms. Today, when I change the office, the master bedroom, closets and mast bath also change. I can't figure out why. I have the latest update to X9 Build: 19.3.1.8 OS X. I'm on a Mac but I don't think that should matter. The program updated last week. The master bedroom, M. closets & M. bath and office are all changing heights together. The closets and master bath should be 9ft, master bedroom 10 ft, office 12 ft. The rest of the first floor remains at 9ft Another problem, the .Plan file is 186MB, comprised it's 30MB so I can't attach it. The plan only used CA Library items, I do not import 3rd party 3D items. The house I drew last week before the Update was 15MB and about the same size in square footage.

I started a new Ray Trace using the Launch Assistant and the haze is gone. Not sure what was causing it.

No Bloom and Image Properties are at default. I'm trying again from scratch.

A whole house generator would also include an automatic transfer switch. This could be outside or inside and would also be the main circuit breaker for the house. You can simply make a note/callout or include a cad symbol for location. Inside is the prefer location.

I'd like to build a stone pillar about 2 ft square, 3 ft tall, and place a 18" square tapered wooden column on top of it. The total height would be about 9'6". Any ideas how to accomplish this?

True, I like having one top. I makes it easy to have an overhang on more than one edge and round off the corners

Set all of the countertops in the island to '0" Use custom countertop like others have said.

It seems like this could be a Registry problem. It's been awhile since I've used a Windows machine on a serious level. I switched to Apple about 12 years ago. Do they still have utilizes to search and correct Registry conflicts?

Which version of Open GL do you have? X8 requires Open GL 2.1 or higher X9 requires Open GL 3.3 or higher

The 6" recessed lights in my plans are Spot by default. I'm not sure why those ones are point.

I'm drawing a four unit, two story apartment building with one common basement. In other words, two apartments one the first floor, two on the second floor and a basement that is full size and as large as two apartments. The apartments on the first floor are identical, except the sides are reversed. Same thing on the second floor. 1st floor design is different than the 2nd fl. Since both sides are identical, only reversed, I'm trying to avoid redrawing the seconds units. I don't need a complete 3D model, I'm more interested in having a layout with 5 pages. One for each of 4 apartments and one for the basement. I tried drawing only one side and sending floor 1 layout on page 1. I reversed the plan and sent it to layout page 2. The results was both sides matched, page one also reversed in the layout Any ideas for to make this easy?

I use EverWeb for web site design software and Hosting. EverWeb is designed for a Mac. The HTML Snipett is simply an icon that I drag onto the web page and insert the HTML code from Chief Architect's web site, after the 360º Pano is saved and shared.
