Curt, I just KNEW that there was one in the Library some time back. Thanks for looking, I don't feel quite as crazy. Maybe just a little... -

Joe, This is WONDERFUL! Thank you so much. I've had 11 hours of back surgery in the last 6 months. I now have a 15 level fusion and am doing pretty well. Guess that you could say I'm a lucky stiff. Take care of your back & Thanks, again. -

I'd be very interested - if affordable. I generally buy symbols 'pre-need' if they are something that I might find n the Huntsville, AL real estate market. I like the confidence of knowing that I can get to work without having to search for necessary symbols under time pressures. I may only design 2-4 homes a year now, but I do a fair amount of virtual staging for Realtors and small builders.

Thanks for the assist, Joe! -
Does anyone have a Washer Outlet Box that they could share? I thought that we had one in the Library, but my searches are not pulling results. Many Thanks in advance!

I do a lot of virtual staging for Realtors. The idea is to market the space, so no clutter allowed. Here are a few shots.

Very Nice Light Fixture! It would be great to have the matching pieces. Great work, and much appreciated!

Scott, Do you know how to get a pet door into a swing door? I am looking for a way to get a pet door into a storm door that is 1/3 metal (bottom). Thanks in advance!

Thanks for these! Many are very useful. I hope that you are working on companion pieces for these pretties. The Rocket Scientists have exploding heads when fixtures don't match. In Huntsville, it IS rocket science. Thanks for listening!

very cool idea! Thanks!

I tried to open your attachment and there was no data. Admittedly WinZip and I are having 'issues'. But, please take a look +/- Resend. Also, if you have a photo of the AsBuilt it would help to see where you want to go. You're in MA. Do you know what the plural of Y'all is? Answer: All Y'all. (I'm Alabama)

The Slab does have a DBX that lets you set the height at top rel. to the 1st Floor level for 0 (for instance 9' 9 3/8" might be the floor level of Flr 2). But P-Solids don't. Makes for some funny stuff with Library items made from P-Solids. There is no DBX to set P-Solids to the 1st floor or Sea Level, In the picture, the Rug can be put back on the 2nd Floor - but not the Headboard Symbol.
