  1. Two windows in the corner works in most angles but more difficult when the walls get closer to parallel.
  2. You need to throw them both past the corner.
  3. Sill at "0" see below. Also this works with three walls but framing at header will need adjusting.
  4. Two "Pass " thru windows with casings & sill turned off. Sill at floor level "0" Place on separate layer and turned off in plan view.
  5. Find a website that has a photo or texture that you want or take a photo yourself of the material you are interested in. Adjust as need in image editing software.   6. When you placed the "plan" by it self in layout without any schedules was it still slow?. Go back to plan view and check to see if you plan is close to X =0" ,Y =0"
  7. Experiment. Place plan one layout 1. Place electrical schedule on layout 2 etc. and see which layout is slow. Are there any PDF. on any of these views.
  8. If you are not worried about the wall framing just place a cabinet in the wall and forget about the niche.
  9. Remove toe kick, raise bottom of cabinet back up . Add polyline solid shapes around toe kick area.. Second image has feet from the Lib.
