Two windows in the corner works in most angles but more difficult when the walls get closer to parallel.

When you placed the "plan" by it self in layout without any schedules was it still slow?. Go back to plan view and check to see if you plan is close to X =0" ,Y =0" -

Experiment. Place plan one layout 1. Place electrical schedule on layout 2 etc. and see which layout is slow. Are there any PDF. on any of these views. -
If you are not worried about the wall framing just place a cabinet in the wall and forget about the niche.

Remove toe kick, raise bottom of cabinet back up . Add polyline solid shapes around toe kick area.. Second image has feet from the Lib.

Add white cad line over dashed lines. Add cad box representing door. Add new interior wall. Turn off the individual garage door label if you want. Select to include in door schedule or not. -
You need to add a cad line to represent the brick ledge.

Instead of a double rim joist shown in your video along with false walls on second floor just use a "ceiling plane" set to whatever ht. you want. -

1. Place pint marker 2. Click on Edit 3. Click on Edit behaviors 4. Click on " Rotate/resize about current point then rotate the object. When finished go back and uncheck no.4
