You might verify you have the latest video driver. If that does not solve it, reach out to our tech support group to help troubleshoot.

This sounds like a possible memory leak. There have been a number of updates since X15. You might see if this happens in X16.2

Once you create the Style Palette, there are several settings you can control on how they are transferred. In the attached Style Palette, you can see some of these settings; I isolated the 'handle' settings.

David, it should reflect w/o ray tracing. So, give us a call.

David, it seems to work for me. Verify in your preferences your computer supports 'hardware ray tracing'. Otherwise, give our support group a call.

Have you tried the 'delete newel' tool? Select the railing at the newel you want to remove, then use the 'move newel' tool in the edit tool bar, then the 'delete newel' tool.

If you find yourself dimensioning to countertops often, you can 1) change your dimension default to only pickup countertops or preferably, 2) create a specific dimension default for that purpose (and save that in your template plan). In the attached image, you can see that the end-to-end dimension is set to only pickup countertops when used.

Your default ceiling height for the foundation was set at 20”. I changed the default to 96”; then on one side it appears you wanted a crawl space? I changed those rooms to a ~42” ceiling – and set them to NOT have a floor. In an elevation view, I used the wall break tool and adjusted those walls upward. Hope that helps.

You can select the specific members to exclude from the schedule by unselecting “Include in Schedule”. This will turn off automatic framing however.

This issue should be resolved in X16 (due out end of Q2 2024)

Trees/plants will be visible through glass when using physically based ray trace in version X16 when you set the plants to NOT rotate with the camera. (X16 is planned for release in late Q2 2024)

If you use the Material Painter in component mode, you should be able to paint the riser.
