jbaehmer
I am trying to print a layout to PDF, but when I go " File -> Print " or Cntl+P, The program freezes. I will force quit CA each time. CA will let me print a .plan file ok, but after trying 5 different .layout files and even a OOB .layout file, it freezes. It will only let .plan files print. Anyone else had this issue? jbaehmer
Figured out what it was. I had recently updated my driver on my plotter and after I removed it, I started printing. Looks like it was a driver conflict. Working now. thanks.
Dan_Park
Was that the MAC or one of the Windows systems? Also I would be interested to know what printer caused the problem.
jbaehmer
It was Windows 8.1. I have a Konica Minolta KIP 7100. I had called TS to resolve this and they have the information.
