JonathanK
I would say make sure that your walls match their walls first and foremost. Then spend a little time reviewing the roof planes on the PDF to get it to match. I took a quick look, and it's not overly complicated...I trust that you can get it with a little time and effort. Mark3D
A roof plan might make it easier to understand that roof if one exists

GeneDavis
I think you have another case of a plan drawn in 2D by someone who didn't use 3D to generate elevations, thus you may have something you cannot replicate in Chief.

Mark3D
The floor plans don’t show the roof plains ask the client if the have a more detailed set of drawings you never know they may have given you the wrong set of drawings.

Wall heights are 10'..pitch is 8:12 ..with exception of great room height is 15' 4.6"... MB height is 15' 6" with a roof pitch 10:12.. But before you continue can you tell me your fee for what you have done ??
para-CAD
I don’t think I can get the roof to match the elevations 100% so I wouldn’t charge you anything. I look at it as a chief architect and bad Design challenge. If I can get something close, you might be able to be successful with it. Sometimes we just have to help each other out. para-CAD
I PM'd you a dropbox link for the plan file. I hope it helps It's X17.......your sig block says X16.......that might be an issue. I didn't exactly match....like eyebrow roofs and the low pitched roofs were a guess. What a wild design. Good design always thinks roof as the walls are being placed. Best of luck with this one. Edited Monday at 05:13 PM by para-CAD
