Jake1976
Hello all. Am I missing something or is it not possible to turn off the roof fascia on a selected edge? I do a lot of manual roofs and the fascias at the valleys show through, into the attic or vaulted ceiling often. I love how you can turn off gutters, shadowboards...etc on a selected edge, but I'm not seeing this anywhere for fascia.
DBCooper
You can turn it off for the whole roof plane in the dialog "roof size" table under "structure". I don't know if there is anyway to turn it off for just one side.
DRAWZILLA
Yes we should be able to turn off any selected edge. I wanted this 20 years ago.
jorgearaya
@Jake1976 Agreed and please if you'd like to add to my wagon regarding this issue, it seems we have a better shot to being heard if more people support suggestions. Please and thank you,
Jake1976
Yes, I am on that wagon for sure. How do we upvote that feature?
Jake1976
I figured it out. Does Chief have a feature request with upvoting functionality? If not, they need to start with that!
javatom
You can go into the layer display and find the layer "roof trim". Unlock that layer and you can then edit the frieze board and fascia.
