Survey built Terrain to Proposed Terrain

I have built a terrain from survey information, but now when I am trying to manipulated to my proposed, the site will not move.

What and how are you changing things?  Are you editing your elevation lines or are you trying to add new stuff? Lot's of different things you could be doing that can have different effects.

 

Do you have auto rebuild terrain turned on?  If not, then you will need to manually rebuild the terrain any time you make any changes.

I AM USING X17

I AM TRYING TO ADD ADDITIONAL ELEVATION PLANES ASIDE FROM THE ELEVATION DATA THAT CAME IN FROM THE SURVEY.
UNFORTUNATELY MY FILE IS TO BIG TO UPLOAD

what happens when you add an elevation region?

or how exactly are you "trying to add"?

If you have a place you can upload  the plan, send a link.  With Terrain, you do not want over lapping terrain data.  So, when you add new terrain, you may need to remove existing terrain elevation information.
