SusanC
Have you tried closing Chief and rebooted your computer? Are you working with the latest version of X16? I believe it's 26.3.0.16 Have you upgraded your graphics cards lately? Have you submitted the one file that is causing you the most trouble to the Support Desk? Create a zipped file by doing this: File / Backup Entire Plan

Nvidia now has the Nvidia App. You can download from the Microsoft store. It allows you to update to the latest video driver pretty easily. I have Windows 11 with an RTX 3080. GeneDavis
My problem seems to relate to a model. Regular shut downs very soon after initiating a PBR camera view, but this, only with this one file. Other files OK. There are very high poly count vehicles in the file that crashes and I'll delete them and see if they are the problem. See attached for the driver ID. CA_BULL
FYI to any and/or all My system is a Dell 7780 w/ a Nvidia RTX 5000 Ada and I had been on Nvidia's driver 553.46 and successfully running CA Arch 2021, for my system at the time of posting, 553.46 was the latest that I'm aware of. I upgraded to CA Pro 2025 with the same system specs and I could not get a successful start of Pro. Reinstalls, removal of 2021, etc, nothing, even clean installs using Revo uninstall, still nothing. Either just plain crash, or crash at the initial prompt to download file updates. By downgrading to 553.05, so far it launches as expected and hoped. 'Hope this helps others... Good luck.
