Rim boards not showing on 2 sides

Hi All I used to have x15 but upgraded to X16.

Does anyone understand why two side wont show the rim boards to the outside wall?

I didn't download your plan, but your pics don't show any elements of a floor frame, and rims are part of the floor frame.  And of course, if your floor structure is a slab, there are no rims.

 

So define the floor structure if it's wood framed, and reframe.

Hi Garrett, make sure those walls are NOT set to balloon frame. The Ceiling Platform should be set to 'Automatic'.

And make sure that Retain Wall Framing is unchecked.

So I have one more question . Why aren't my ceiling joists lining up with my rafters. I am getting back in to this sorry friends.

Hi Garrett,

Probably because the roof framing is set to rafters instead of trusses. The ceiling joist would sit beside the rafter if hand framed.
