Roof Label Arrow color

To show on my Roof Plan the roofs for the different floors, I put each floor's roof planes and labels on their own layer and gave them a different color. The roof outlines & the label  "pitch" number changed to the new assigned color but the arrow didn't. What setting determines the color of the arrow in the Roof Label?

The arrow should change with the layer color but if you have chosen an arrow that requires fill then you need to look at your Roof Defaults > Arrow.

I have my 1st floor roof planes on a layer "Roof Planes, 1st. floor" and my first floor roof labels on a layer "Roofs, label, 1st floor" and changed both to color red. The roof outline and the pitch changed to red. The arrow did not, which stayed green. I experimented by changing the original "Roofs, label" color, which are green, to blue and all the green colored labels (pitch number & arrow) changed to blue along with the arrows that were on the new "Roof, label, 1st floor". I'm assuming that somehow the arrows are "hard wired" to the layer "Room, labels" and that this is a "GLITCH".

You have to have "auto roofs" turned off. Once this is done...you can open each individual roof plane and change the color of the arrow...and the size. Or...you can group select roof planes and do the same.

Not a "Glitch" at all...

Steve............That changes the "Fill" color, not the arrow in general. I'm using an arrow that doesn't have fill. If you notice on what you demonstrated it's only the "fill" that changed and not the entire arrow.

I'm not so sure. I emulated this same setup @Larry_Sweeney outlined above and I'm also seeing this issue.

(But it's not the "Roofs, Labels" layer its pulling from, not "Rooms, Labels", mistype?)

Auto Roofs disabled.

Opened and set roof planes to a copied "Roof Planes, 1" layer, set it Red.

Set roof plane labels to a copied "Roofs, Labels, 1", set it Red.

Roof polylines and Label text are Red, but Arrow lines are blue.

change "Roofs, Labels" to green...

@SNestoreven if your screenshot you seem to be showing the same issue:

You can only setup one default...but, if you open each roof plane you can assign and different arrow shape, color etc. Also...if you assign a different layer to the label, you can then assign and unique label style to the text. This allows you to change the text font, color and size.

Not using Defaults. Doing exactly what you said. Open roof plane and set it to a new layer with a different color, red.

Roof lines turn red. Good.

Then go to Label and set it to a new layer with a different color, green.

Label Text turns green. Good.

Yet the Arrow Line color is still blue.

The Arrow head and Fill can be changed, of course

but the Arrow Line color remains locked to the original "Roofs, Labels" layer color.

This is shown to be the case when the "Roofs, Labels" layer's color is changed, changing all the Label arrows
