SDeckB
HI I am trying to draw a CAD bench. I'd like to set the seat angle at 20 degrees but would like to know if there is a way to see the angle while moving an object.
Doug_N
This is a good idea, and should be in the suggestion forum.

Dermot
When drawing or rotating objects, the angle is usually displayed in the status bar. If you setup your allowed angles, it will be easier to snap to some angle that is not on 15 degree or 7.5 degree increments. Placing an angular dimension (as shown above) is a good way of specifying an exact angle. You could also use the transform/replicate dialog. The make parallel tool can also be very useful. One thing that some people don't know is that you can click on the tool a second time to open the dialog that allows you to choose whether or not the whole object is rotated or just the current line.
CV-reno
@Chopsaw What default setting is required to show the initial angle when you select the CAD?

Do you mean the " 15.0° " ? There was no default until X13. Now you can choose.

glennw
You could also turn on "Display Angle" for the polyline.
