HamlinBC
Either multiple rooms defined with invisible walls, or polyline solid.

Joe_Carrick
or just very wide stairs ? Of course, when you place the seating you will have to manually set the height from the floor so they are on top of the treads.
Chopsaw
I Don't see any steps in your thumbnail. If you are going to allow wheelchair access you may want to check out this thread:https://chieftalk.chiefarchitect.com/index.php?/topic/9864-sloped-floor/
johnny
Either multiple rooms defined with invisible walls I personally would try this method first, since there are some interesting advantages (moldings, better framing details, etc) if you can make that work. You could even use curved walls to give the edges a radius (if your seating allowed).
pintodesign
I just did this for a movie theater. I set the bottom height and the top height and used poly solids for the intermediate steps. You need to look at the viewing angle, screen size, center focus, etc....there are many things to take into consideration. Good luck...
