Created Terrain/TIN after starting structure..how to move structure

I know this has probably been asked a hundred times on here, but I am looking for the best way to wholesale move a structure that I have started to a completely new location on the grid now that I have my property boundary and terrain built (imported from contours)

Lock terrain layers and just group select structure.

It could be best to move the terrain and leave the structure as is.

Absolutely,  move terrain,  leave building where it is.

I find it is easier to move the terrain as Glenn and Scot already said.
