I never have understood the wallboard (drywall) section. I wish I could rely on it for material quantities but its to confusing and I never know if it is including the ceiling wall board (drywall). I like the "Insulation" section beter. It says whats walls and ceilings. Im sure you can customize it but It always seems to time consuming and I can do take off faster with a pencil and calculator. Dont get me wrong, I am a total Cheif Architect fan I just wish the material list were better.

While you have my plan would you mind looking at the outside corner for me? When I bring the roof to the wall it breaks the corner.

Yes, you are exacly right, I offset the panel thinking the post would go with it but I cant get the post to center on the bottom wall for some reason.

Just my thoughts because I have to keep it simple and everyone on the same page to save confusion. I direct everyone to read off the WINDOW SCHEDULE. You can add all the columns there for what you need. Framer should follow RO column 60”x42” Window company should follow SIZE column 5036 Homeowner should follow INCHES column 60”x42”

Hey Guy's, Plan is attached for anyone that might be able to help me. I built this roof with custom dutch gables and I can see any of the attic wall in the elevations, 3D or sections. I can only see them in the attic floor plan. Any help would be appreciated.

I changed all the fonts and it seems to have corrected the problem. Probably when I whent from X15 to X16. I need to pay more attention to font change warnings when the program is updated. Thank you Glenn

Is anyone having this problem? Whole words are splitting. I fix it but than it separates again when I adjust the box. Also, the words go out of the layout box in the second picture.

I dont understand why this 6" curb doesnt control intself instead of staying with the first floor "0"?
