  1. Here is one problem with the way I did it, in putting the lower walkout floor on Floor 1, and the frostwall foundation under the exposed walls on Floor 0.

I am unable to send a "clean" foundation plan to layout.  I'll either have to send one like shown and CAD-draw the rest, or come up with another solution.

The pic attached is of Floor 1, with a layerset done to shown footings and foundation wall main layer only.  This is an ICF job.

Gene, do you use reference sets to show things as you want them?

  2. You can watch a lot of available video's  on Youtube and here at Chief's website. There are a lot of them to keep you busy for many weeks. There are also a lot of trainers here that can help you get started. You will always be learning, I still am.

  3. Hi, when I checked the preferences and then render it says the following:

    openGLdriver status Intel

    OpenGLvender Intel

OpenGL Renderer Intel® HD graphics 3000

It doesn't say anything about my Nvidia GTX 580

    Could this be the problem?

If so, does anyone know how I can change it

You have to change to the NVidia card in the NVidia control panel, change it there. You are still running the intel built in card.

  4. Not as busy as it has been here, but I'm just one person and only so much time in the day so it's easy to keep me busy.   Hey, I found out I have a nephew from my brother ,who is a lot older than I, My brother was in the air force back in 1963 in North Carolina and had a baby with his wife, I also didn't know about. He found me doing an Ancestry check. H wants to fly us out there next month (1st class) for a visit. It's a little scary not knowing anything about them but might do it. He was crying on the phone b/c he found us. Who would have thought? oh ,and BTW my brother is dead now.

  5. That is really odd and not something I've ever heard of. I can't even speculate as to what might be the cause. I would suggest getting with our support team to see if we can find out how to reproduce the issue.

Handle sizes stay a constant size on screen regardless of zoom.

Yes they do, it just looks smaller to me when zooming out.
