  1. Rule#1 , Always download these free programs, from the original source, not a secondary source. You probably agreed to it, somewhere along the line. If you were on a PC then I could clean it. Ccleaner might be able to do it, or your anti-virus might do it. Windows has a not widely known program called (MRT) Malicious Software removal tool. Just hit, Run: mrt at the dos prompt . Windows updates this every month.
  2. I agree, your system just should not be that slow with that Xeon processor, and as we all know raytracing is all about the processor.
  3. I always used to always copy plans forward but a while back Chief told me I don't need to do it, maybe you found a bug.

  8. Alan, its also legal here, you just need a medical card for it. You can buy one of those on every street corner.
  9. I have no idea what you want. To me ,it looks like you are doing everything the hard way.
  10. Sometimes that could be framing when your roof plane edges are not aligned correctly, turn off roof framing to see if that's it.

  12. For me , I must have the camera. I didn't see it has one. you just can't see the little dot if you need to. The camera does use a lot of battery power though.
  13. Yes, that darn vertical slab has been the source of confusion for many years now.
  14. Not unless you made a copy of your X6 plan prior to saving it. By the way I haven't seen any of those problems so could be user error.

  18. Sorry, I haven't used X5 for a while now.
  19. You get that by adjusting the footing not the wall.
  20. I can get the left footing to look just like the one on the right by just manipulating the p-line to look like anything you want. Sometimes you just can't get everything correct in the model, and have to fix it in the section view.
  21. Here is something I came up with, It took a little manipulation, but can be done. the house to garage footing was pretty easy. I first did everything automatically , Then had to adjust each footing from there.
