    You can also accomplish this with a complete box replacement, applied as rear doors, so you dont need to modify every set of doors you'd ever want to use

    You can automate electrical circuit numbers and even create a panel schedule automatically by using a combination of custom schedules, custom fields, polyline labels that report to the schedule and room name column in schedule...its a bit advanced to setup but works brilliantly.

    No one wants to point out that the OP could've simply used the OOTB Callout Label value in the Callout and simply indexed the Callout Label value from the Referenced View Layout Box?

    The intel realsense line of products, but the softwares available right now dont have the photogrammetry algos that canvas has, so you will lose tracking more often. Ultimately matterport is the best bang for the buck if you can charge your clients and then use it for finished walkthrough tours. Just a high initial cost

    I'm still working on the metric version. This is a nice reminder to get it done...it actually turned out to be a ton of work to conform the metric version!

    Better off just making your own inventory in your library with pricing for each separate unit...this is a standard practice in the cabinet business, same way we order modular cabinets

    I would never bill hourly personally. I always quote a range of potential fees “Based on historically data for a project of similar scope.” An aside note, I’m hoping we get updates to the door style pallets to eliminate the need for such detailing. Also helpful to have several roof plane styles that can be copy pasted from a plan file to use the object painter from.

    You can do closet rods inside of a cabinet symbol in a number of different ways We have: millwork that can be attached to the back of a door/drawer millwork that can replace a shelf back facing cabinet configuration that can be used with offsets to create any nymber of custom boxes and items side facing cabinets that can do the same So there are plenty of ways to get a parametrically modeled closet rod into a cabinet symbol. I've utilized most of these tricks in my custom fireplace suite of tools
