  1. You can't..that's how, was wondering why you chose to clip the screen. An Arch Block is not two sinks in one cab. BTW You can do this with a single cabinet and it only requires 1 custom door
  2. I could do it in one cabinet if teatime or Ryan would share the trick to get 2 sinks in one cabinet
  3. pretty dang close. Can you put two sinks in a single cabinet?
  4. pretty custom to get it done using only cabinets so don't feel defeated Download: Rabs Custom Vanity Block.calibz
  5. I don't see the plan file. Maybe you removed it. I'd like to check it out. Can always quote or at mention me if you want me to take a look at something
  6. Trying to understand your request but not sure what you are after. The Callout Symbol is the Column to Include will show window labels if you are using callout labels which it seems you are. You could use the "top" column to include if you wanted to easily spot based on frame/jamb height AFF. You could also turn on one of the 3d elevations in a schedule. Why not open all windows and include in schedule and turn on labels?
  7. Take a blank page and open the edit page information tool and then set that page to a template page. Then go to the pages where you need the PDF and open the the edit page information tool for those pages and choose your new blank page template
  8. this is correct use the schedule number instead. Lots of problems solved. Then you can re-order to your liking by sliding rows up and down "Demo" %schedule_number% I would use a separate schedule for your demo notes
  9. Well known within the broad Chief Architect community and it's employees. A power user, and I train other power users. Happy to hop in on design and CD's and more:
  10. See what I put above. You are sorting by the "Text" field. If you do not want to sort by text and instead want to sort by number, you would need to uncheck that option. Also Tea Time keeps asking if you are manually inputting note values or are you utilizing the default OOTB Schedule_number? The OOTB schedule_number should auto-number in X15. Also, you could always manually reorder by dragging rows up and down Chief locks its plan file, so its not accessible for upload if you still have the file open
  11. he's using the sort-by method I show above..and needs to uncheck it
  12. Every other competitor out there is more expensive than chief with the exception of soft plan or revit lt...and you'd be very dissapointed with those two. If you keep your legacy pricing, youre still paying 4.5x less than Archicad users...the only software I would consider. Just saying Grass, greener..that whole thing You could always switch to rich text
  13. we can renumber, which would also re-sort as well as renumber: We can also sort but whatever other column we want to, and this is a compounding effect, similar to the way that light's menu works: Are you asking for something different?
  14. yes use this in an exteral editor. This solves any sizing issues with line weights so long as youre not driving line weight by the layout box settings
  15. send it to a different layout at 1/2"=1'0" at entirely the same sheet size and print at 1/2 scale.
  16. i have the 4090 and the 7800 XTX and the differences are pretty small when it comes to chief. see if you can find the XTX. Also, @Rich_Winsor was right. You may need other upgrades...power supply is def one of the upgrades required to run these cards
  17. This must be a new thing that I am just not on board with. Maybe an East Coast thing? The client is from Florida and they want a backlit quartzite. I think it looks so tacky personally. Lighting a stone because we can is sort of my thought there. Overexposed the shot on purpose to sell the island to the client. Client has a 30K budget and wants backlit quartzite..hahaha i swear. its sawn oak up to a granite. I could add some roughness map onto it just to show smudges..heavy lacquer finish should have it looking pretty smooth. would need to render it in 4K for you to see the checks. The flooring has to stay..thats my biggest gripe...its an awful color IMO I think maybe it's just me getting in the way of me. This house and what the client wants screams 1990 for me. It's everything I spent my career getting away from, haha
  18. 3d Plants for Premiere includes all of these plants and its included in your SSA
  19. Diving headfirst into a new kitchen design concept and it's shaping up to be quite the challenge! Just a few hours in with my kitchen tools and already feeling the pressure. My client prefers a very muted palette, which means bringing this space to life will need a creative touch. Thinking accessories, lighting, and maybe some bold textures will be key. Rendering time's going up as I work to sell the dynamic look of a monotone palette - it's one thing in a 3D model and another in the real world. Stay tuned for how this evolves; I'm determined to make this kitchen pop in the most sophisticated way possible. Your thoughts and tips are welcome!
