Canuck
My client wants me to add a new floor below an existing floor. Can this be done? House sits on a hill side and client decided that he wants to push it forward on the lot and add a floor below on the hill side. Anyone know where a video is on doing this sort of thing? DRAWZILLA
I would also suggest making the lowest floor as floor 1, so you can have a foundation plan.
lbuttery
foundations and basement or main floor can exist on the same level some users keep them separate - some don't CA has always gone with the foundation and basement sharing floor0 Lew
raltd9245
I would also suggest making the lowest floor as floor 1, so you can have a foundation plan. ik would assume this would be perferrable with the new layout scheme.
DRAWZILLA
First floor and foundation plan on same floor , not good policy for professional plans. Too much info and sometimes very hard to show correctly.
