Client changed their mind and wants a new level below existing

Recommended Posts

My client wants me to add a new floor below an existing floor. Can this be done? House sits on a hill side and client decided that he wants to push it forward on the lot and add a floor below on the hill side. Anyone know where a video is on doing this sort of thing?

Cheers,

Rich

I would also suggest making the lowest floor as floor 1, so you can have a foundation plan.

foundations and basement or main floor can exist on the same level

some users keep them separate - some don't

CA has always gone with the foundation and basement sharing floor0

ik would assume this would be perferrable with the new layout scheme.

First floor and foundation plan on same floor , not good policy for professional plans. Too much info and sometimes very hard to show correctly.
